Join Parfums Christian Dior in London as a Finance Controller. This temporary role offers the opportunity to work within the LVMH Beauty division, providing financial oversight and strategic analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial controlling for the multi-brand scope within the LVMH Beauty division in the UK and Ireland.
  • Act as a key business partner by providing insightful reports and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Identify business risks and opportunities, offering constructive advice to business managers.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with LVMH Group rules and proper usage of company assets.
  • Interact with Shared Services teams and third-party logistics providers.
  • Support the UK CFO and Head of Controlling.
  • Prepare and manage budget planning and review processes.
  • Coordinate operations teams' input to the budget and review all budget elements.
  • Prepare monthly reporting for the parent company and management reporting for department heads.
  • Analyze costs and variances, and support teams in monitoring expenditure.
  • Participate in finance and IT projects, reinforcing internal control requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within an international group, preferably in FMCG, retail, or luxury business.
  • Solid accounting knowledge.

Skills

Autonomous and organized with a self-motivated attitude. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing environments and business needs. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred. High levels of persuasion and influencing skills.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within an international group, ideally in FMCG, retail, or luxury business.
