Role & Responsibilities

  • Understand the organizational environment of Parfums Christian Dior to discover the challenges and actions of the Security Department and the crisis cell.
  • Participate in the deployment of strategy, set objectives, and project necessary KPIs.
  • Actively engage in prevention and business continuity actions, particularly through the establishment and animation of crisis cells.
  • Ensure the monitoring and evaluation of crisis exercises, including success assessment, feedback, and procedure updates.
  • Create tools and materials for crisis exercises, such as specifications and animation supports.
  • Develop informational materials for employees and stakeholders, including presentations for the Executive Committee, activity reports, and best practices.
  • Contribute to updating the security charter in line with regulatory and organizational changes.
  • Ensure the update of security in the Internal Operation Plan of the Campus.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC +5) in Security, Global Risk and Crisis Management, Performance and Risk Management, or Political Science.
  • Previous experience through an internship or apprenticeship in security, safety, or crisis management.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Confidentiality and discretion. Analytical and synthesis skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Regulatory knowledge in the profession. Curiosity and proactive attitude.

Experience

Entry-level experience, ideally gained through internships or apprenticeships in related fields.

Education

Master's degree in Security, Global Risk and Crisis Management, Performance and Risk Management, or Political Science.
