Join Parfums Christian Dior in Orléans, France, as a Crisis Management and Business Continuity Project Manager Intern. Engage in dynamic security and crisis management projects within a prestigious luxury brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Understand the organizational environment of Parfums Christian Dior to discover the challenges and actions of the Security Department and the crisis cell.
- Participate in the deployment of strategy, set objectives, and project necessary KPIs.
- Actively engage in prevention and business continuity actions, particularly through the establishment and animation of crisis cells.
- Ensure the monitoring and evaluation of crisis exercises, including success assessment, feedback, and procedure updates.
- Create tools and materials for crisis exercises, such as specifications and animation supports.
- Develop informational materials for employees and stakeholders, including presentations for the Executive Committee, activity reports, and best practices.
- Contribute to updating the security charter in line with regulatory and organizational changes.
- Ensure the update of security in the Internal Operation Plan of the Campus.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC +5) in Security, Global Risk and Crisis Management, Performance and Risk Management, or Political Science.
- Previous experience through an internship or apprenticeship in security, safety, or crisis management.

Entry-level experience, ideally gained through internships or apprenticeships in related fields.

Master's degree in Security, Global Risk and Crisis Management, Performance and Risk Management, or Political Science.
