Role & Responsibilities

  • Understand the organizational environment of Parfums Christian Dior and the objectives of the Security and Crisis Management department.
  • Participate in the deployment of strategic objectives and project necessary KPIs.
  • Actively engage in prevention and business continuity actions, including the establishment and facilitation of crisis management cells.
  • Monitor and evaluate crisis exercises, including success evaluation, feedback, and procedure updates.
  • Develop tools and materials for crisis exercises, such as specifications and facilitation supports.
  • Create informational materials for employees and stakeholders, including presentations for the executive committee, activity reports, and best practices.
  • Contribute to updating the security charter in line with regulatory and organizational changes.
  • Ensure the update of security measures in the Campus's Internal Operation Plan.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Security, Risk and Crisis Management, Performance and Risk Management, or Political Science.
  • Previous experience in security, safety, or crisis management through internships or similar roles.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Familiarity with regulatory knowledge in the profession. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

Entry-level experience, ideally gained through internships or similar roles in security, safety, or crisis management.

Education

Master's degree in Security, Risk and Crisis Management, Performance and Risk Management, or Political Science.
