Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify innovative cosmetic prototypes in alignment with the brand development strategies of the group.
  • Organize innovation prospecting meetings with pre-identified subcontractors, structuring knowledge through sensory, sectoral, and technological mapping to identify key players.
  • Participate in prospective meetings and sensory evaluations, selecting proposals based on R&D strategy and expert consultations.
  • Ensure formula compliance by coordinating with toxicology, regulatory, and stability experts.
  • Develop a database of the most innovative and relevant products, particularly focusing on powder makeup technologies.
  • Prepare innovative presentations for brands, aligning proposals with market trends and aspirations.
  • Identify new, qualified, and innovative partners in complementary sectoral, capacity, or geographic areas.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bac+5 level education in chemistry/physical chemistry, ideally with a focus on cosmetic product development, and additional studies in innovation management.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from data. Organizational, multitasking, and rigorous work habits. Curiosity and sensitivity towards cosmetic formulations across all categories. Passion for the cosmetics and luxury sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Open to beginners, ideal for students currently pursuing relevant studies.

Education

Pursuing a Bac+5 level education in chemistry/physical chemistry, ideally with a focus on cosmetic product development.
