Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
  • Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Develop enduring relationships with existing clients and engage new clients through genuine interactions.
  • Maintain an aesthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
  • Operate cash registers and assist in closing daily revenues.
  • Lead the team as the fragrance product knowledge expert in-store.
  • Provide memorable fragrance experiences and personalized consultations to clients.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of fragrance selling experience required, preferably in the luxury retail environment.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience required, preferably in the luxury retail environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving retail results (sales and profitability).

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, Client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS). Digital savvy; experience with operational POS systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in fragrance selling and retail, preferably within a luxury environment.

This position is based in Costa Mesa, California, USA, within easy reach of Los Angeles.

Compensation

LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $27-$30/hour.
