Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
  • Sell Dior products by meeting clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standards of service.
  • Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Develop enduring relationships with existing clients and engage new clients to the brand.
  • Utilize Dior content and tools to register client data, drive traffic, and develop client loyalty.
  • Maintain an aesthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
  • Understand and support merchandising guidelines and inventory management.
  • Operate cash registers and assist in closing daily revenues.
  • Attend all offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.
  • Demonstrate immaculate personal grooming standards in accordance with Dior guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury retail environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving retail results (sales and profitability).
  • Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare, preferably in a luxury environment.

Skills

Digital savvy; experience with operational POS systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, client tracking systems, and POS. Spanish or Mandarin speaking skills highly preferred.

Experience

1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

This position is based in Miami, Florida, USA.

Compensation

LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $27-$30/hour.
