Join Parfums Christian Dior in Costa Mesa as a Boutique Beauty Consultant. Full-time role in luxury retail with competitive pay and career growth opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
  • Meet clients' needs and provide memorable experiences through high standards of service, following the brand's D.I.O.R. method.
  • Communicate passionately, sharing Dior storytelling and educating clients on the brand and products.
  • Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Develop enduring relationships with existing clients and engage new clients through genuine interactions.
  • Utilize Dior content and tools to register client data, drive traffic, and develop client loyalty.
  • Maintain an aesthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
  • Understand and support merchandising guidelines and inventory management.
  • Operate cash registers and assist in closing daily revenues.
  • Attend all offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.
  • Demonstrate immaculate personal grooming standards in accordance with Dior guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury retail environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving retail results in sales and profitability.
  • Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare, preferably in a luxury environment.

Skills

Digital savvy with experience in operational POS systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Experience

1-2 years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury sector, with a proven track record in sales and profitability.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Costa Mesa, California, USA.

Compensation

LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $27-$30/hour.
