Join Parfums Christian Dior in Chicago as a Boutique Beauty Consultant. Full-time position offering competitive pay and growth opportunities within LVMH Group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
  • Sell Dior products by meeting clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through a high standard of service, following the brand D.I.O.R. method.
  • Communicate passionately about Dior storytelling and educate clients on the brand and products.
  • Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Develop enduring relationships with existing clients and engage new clients through genuine interactions.
  • Utilize Dior content and tools to register client data, drive traffic, and develop client loyalty.
  • Maintain an aesthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
  • Understand and support merchandising guidelines and inventory management.
  • Operate cash registers and assist in closing daily revenues.
  • Attend all offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury retail environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving retail results (sales and profitability).
  • Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Digital savvy; experience with operational POS systems.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, Client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS). Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings. Spanish or Mandarin speaking skills highly preferred.

Experience

1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.

This position is based in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

Compensation

$24-$28/hour, with potential for flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
