Join Parfums Christian Dior in The Hague as a Beauty Consultant. This part-time, temporary position offers an opportunity to excel in luxury retail, requiring 3 years of experience and proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper.
  • Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing a premium experience throughout the sales process, adhering to the D.I.O.R. method.
  • Passionately communicate and inform customers about the brand and products.
  • Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to monthly counter KPIs.
  • Develop sustainable relationships with existing and new customers through genuine human interaction.
  • Register customer data in the dedicated system and conduct all CRM and clienteling activities.
  • Utilize Dior's database and tools to generate traffic, develop customer loyalty, and take action.
  • Apply merchandising guidelines and regularly check stock levels to ensure adequate inventory.
  • Monitor stock and overall counter appearance, performing all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain good relationships with retailers and adhere to company and counter rules.

Qualifications

  • Previous professional experience in retail or service sectors, ideally within the luxury industry.
  • Proven track record of excelling in retail results within a luxury retail environment.

Skills

Sales and selling skills, preferably in a luxury environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, with proficiency in French and English preferred. Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities. Results and action-oriented with high energy levels. Team player with the ability to build partnerships and collaborate. Adaptability and resilience in challenging situations. Embraces new technologies and learns them easily. Interpersonal skills to comfortably interact with diverse groups. Effective communication tailored to different audiences. Proactive in seeking personal growth and challenges.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.

Education

Preferably completed secondary vocational education or equivalent, with a specialization in cosmetics or retail.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands.
