Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper.
  • Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing a premium experience throughout the sales process, adhering to the D.I.O.R. method.
  • Initiate contact with customers, welcome them at the counter, and engage in traffic stopping.
  • Identify and understand customer needs, propose personalized products, and demonstrate them effectively.
  • Communicate passionately about the brand and its products, achieving retail sales targets and contributing to monthly counter KPIs.
  • Develop sustainable relationships with existing and new customers, both in-store and remotely.
  • Register customer data in the dedicated system and carry out CRM and clienteling activities.
  • Utilize Dior database and tools to generate traffic and develop customer loyalty.
  • Apply merchandising guidelines and regularly check stock levels, reporting shortages.
  • Maintain the overall appearance of the counter and execute operational and administrative tasks.
  • Foster good relationships with retailers and adhere to company and counter rules.

Qualifications

  • Previous professional experience in retail or service sector, ideally in luxury.
  • Proven track record in achieving retail results within a luxury environment.

Skills

Sales and selling skills, preferably in a luxury environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, with proficiency in French and English preferred. Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills. Result and action-oriented with high energy levels. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively. Adaptable and resilient in challenging situations. Comfortable with new technologies and interpersonal interactions. Effective communication tailored to diverse audiences. Proactive in seeking growth and challenges.

Experience

Minimum 3 years

Education

Preferably completed secondary vocational education or equivalent with a specialization in cosmetics or retail.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands.
