Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and utilizing the brand's D.I.O.R. method.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while engaging new clients through authentic interactions.
- Register client data in the system and ensure effective communication.
- Adhere to merchandising guidelines and monitor stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.
- Execute operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Foster positive relationships with retailers and adhere to corporate and counter rules, including grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Result-oriented with strong sales and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop oneself.
- Business-focused with a charismatic and persuasive sales approach.
- Proficient in cosmetics and makeup application.
- Fluent in English and Finnish.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Tampere, Länsi-Suomen lääni, Finland, with easy access to Helsinki.
