Join Parfums Christian Dior in Stockholm as a Beauty Consultant. This role involves promoting the Dior brand, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets while promoting the Dior brand image.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Initiate contact with customers and welcome them at the counter.
  • Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
  • Propose additional products and guide customers across different product categories.
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling.
  • Educate customers on Dior products and brand values.
  • Participate in counter merchandising and maintain corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
  • Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Adhere to corporate and counter rules, including attendance and grooming guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in Beauty.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.

Outgoing and courteous demeanor. Strong self-confidence and ease in customer interactions. Customer-service oriented with a focus on satisfaction. Adaptability to change and eagerness to learn. Team-player with a professional and positive attitude. Organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented. Proficient selling skills and good communication. Basic knowledge of cosmetics and makeup application. Attraction to the beauty, fashion, and luxury industries.

Experience

1-2 years of professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in Beauty.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Stockholm, Dalarna, Sweden.
