Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and sell Dior products, ensuring the highest level of customer service to achieve sales targets.
- Educate customers about Dior products to enhance brand knowledge and loyalty.
- Maintain merchandising displays according to corporate guidelines.
- Update displays in line with new launches and planograms.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the retail manager.
- Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
- Foster team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.
Qualifications
- Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
