Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and sell Dior products, ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Dior Art of Selling.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Educate customers about Dior products, enhancing brand knowledge and loyalty.
- Maintain merchandising displays in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Update displays in line with new launches and planograms.
- Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the retail/boutique manager.
- Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Build strong relationships with retail store managers (not applicable in Boutique).
- Foster team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.
Qualifications
- Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
- Fluent in Spanish (minimum C2) and proficient in English (minimum B2).
- Availability to work 6 hours per day, Monday to Saturday, either 10am-4pm or 4pm-10pm.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a related field, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Seville, Andalusia, Spain.
