Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets weekly and monthly while providing exceptional customer service in line with the Dior Art of Selling.
  • Educate clients about Dior products to enhance brand knowledge and loyalty.
  • Maintain merchandising displays according to corporate guidelines.
  • Update displays in line with new launches and planograms.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the retail or boutique manager.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
  • Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or university degree preferred.
  • Fluent Spanish (minimum C2); English desirable.
  • Previous experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, preferably in the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
