Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive beauty sales by achieving sales targets and promoting the brand.
  • Provide personalized luxury service to customers.
  • Expertly present and apply makeup and skincare products to inspire clients.
  • Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and maintain a luxury service standard.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by management.
  • Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
  • Develop personal relationships with clients and introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty scheme.
  • Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and brand values.
  • Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to ensure sufficient inventory.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Update client data in the ipos tool, including sales and client profiles.
  • Utilize customer database to build clientele through calls, events, and appointments.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
  • Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.

Skills

Creative ability to evoke emotions through fragrance. Tenacity to ensure exceptional customer service and experience. Driven and results-oriented with a focus on business growth. Self-confidence in engaging with customers. Immaculate grooming and presentation.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury, consultative sales is required, with a preference for those with beauty and/or fragrance sales experience.
