Join Parfums Christian Dior in Copenhagen as a Beauty Consultant. This role requires exceptional service skills and a passion for luxury beauty. Permanent position in Denmark.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
  • Sell Dior products by meeting clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standards of service, following the brand D.I.O.R. method.
  • Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products.
  • Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis.
  • Master brand, category, and competition knowledge.
  • Develop durable relationships with existing clients in-store and remotely.
  • Engage new clients to the brand through genuine human interaction.
  • Register clients’ data in the dedicated system and ensure reachability.
  • Leverage Dior content and tools to drive traffic, clienteling, develop client loyalty, and take actions.
  • Utilize Ipos, Inforware, and other Dior retail tools.
  • Operate cash registers and close daily revenues as applicable.
  • Manage supply chain operations, stock management, inventories, and replenishments.
  • Monitor shelves inventory and display new products as needed.
  • Manage demand, including out-of-stock lists and weekly call briefs to CM/RM.
  • Apply merchandising guidelines.
  • Regularly monitor stock levels and report insufficient stock.
  • Carry out all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain good relationships with retailers.
  • Respect corporate and counter rules, including attendance, punctuality, and Dior grooming guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or services.
  • Basic knowledge of cosmetics and make-up application is a plus.
  • Interest in luxury and beauty sectors.
