Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Next Gen Program Manager in developing and implementing the young graduates program.
  • Assist in planning and organizing the selection and integration process for VIE participants.
  • Contribute to the revamping of the VIE program to enhance employee experience and engagement.
  • Coordinate events and create toolkits for regional launches of internal career management programs.
  • Ensure the successful execution of change management initiatives, proposing tools and formats to enhance impact.
  • Collaborate with the Global Career Management Project Manager to plan and organize events and communication campaigns globally.
  • Propose and implement tools for KPI tracking to measure participation and outcomes.
  • Assist in organizing exploratory meetings with internal talents for the Global Annual Organization Review.
  • Support the Head of Organization Design & Career Management in coordinating career meetings and international conferences.
  • Develop dynamic dashboards in Power BI for career management KPI tracking.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources specialization program.
  • Previous experience in HR is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and responsiveness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI proficiency is a plus.
  • Fluent in French and English.
