Join Parfums Christian Dior in Brussels as an Account Manager. This full-time role offers the opportunity to manage client relationships and contribute to the brand's growth within the LVMH group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Ensure Dior image compliance at client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and performance reports.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure client needs are met.
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Track and analyze key account metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or retail.
  • Experience in selective distribution and/or beauty industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Eye for detail and excellence oriented. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in account management, sales, or retail, preferably within the selective distribution or beauty industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
