Omega seeks a Senior Retail Sales Advisor in Birmingham, UK, to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Omega's product offerings and brand heritage.
  • Foster a welcoming and luxurious shopping environment for clientele.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to enhance store presentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the watch or jewelry sector.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail sales role, with a focus on high-end watches or jewelry.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or a related field is a plus.
