Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational management of the Swiss e-commerce site, including sales, logistics, and digital communication to achieve revenue targets and enhance online boutique performance.
  • Deliver an unforgettable customer experience by ensuring personalized and impeccable service across various channels such as emails and phone.
  • Analyze and share key reports on sales, product mix, traffic, and KPIs.
  • Supervise and accurately track online product inventory.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure optimal synergy.

Qualifications

  • Proven and substantial experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Fluency in French and German, with strong proficiency in English and excellent writing skills.
