Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Omega boutique to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance boutique performance.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with the latest collections.
