Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer engagement.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance the boutique's profitability and market presence.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with the latest Omega collections.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment that aligns with Omega's brand values and culture.
- Coordinate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to maintain an appealing store presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales analysis and strategic planning.
- Customer-focused with a keen understanding of luxury retail dynamics.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a retail management role, with a focus on luxury brands.
Education
