Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance the boutique's profitability and market presence.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with the latest Omega collections.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment that aligns with Omega's brand values and culture.
  • Coordinate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to maintain an appealing store presentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales analysis and strategic planning.
