Omega is seeking a Boutique Manager for its new store in Jacksonville, Florida. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the boutique to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect the brand's luxury image.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control and replenishment.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to promote brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security and loss prevention measures.
  • Coordinate with marketing and corporate teams for promotional events and new product launches.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within the watch or jewelry industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.
  • Proficiency in sales analysis and strategic planning.

Skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on sales and team leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
