Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the boutique, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance boutique performance and brand presence.
  • Manage inventory and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with the latest collections.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and local partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of luxury retail.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within the watch or jewelry sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

Experience
