Join Officine Universelle Buly in Paris as a Financial Reporting and Consolidation Specialist. Contribute to a renowned brand within the LVMH Group, focusing on financial consolidation and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage consolidation and reporting during monthly and quarterly closings, including forecasting phases for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Coordinate the entire consolidation process for the entity's accounts and prepare financial statements for the French entity.
- Establish consolidated P&L (monthly), balance sheet, and cash flow (quarterly closings) in compliance with IFRS and Group procedures.
- Handle all existing Group reports and implement new reports as necessary.
- Contribute to the optimization of data processes and reliability across all subsidiaries.
- Ensure internal reporting process alignment and adherence to Group deadlines.
- Define and manage information submission schedules.
- Ensure IFRS compliance across all subsidiaries.
- Provide daily support to subsidiaries on reporting issues.
- Enhance data dashboards for the financial department.
- Lead the forecasting and actual tracking process of central expenses with operational teams.
- Analyze actual data versus forecasts and propose corrective actions if needed.
- Manage various financial department topics, including transfer pricing and CAPEX budget coordination worldwide.
- Participate in the establishment of internal control processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit and/or controlling within an international group.
