Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager in developing the market's overall action plan and achieving commercial targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales, stock quantities, and competitor performance.
  • Prepare periodic reports to support the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to the brand's marketing activations and social media projects.
  • Implement global brand projects at the local level.
  • Communicate daily with partners to generate orders using SAP.
  • Process client orders in SAP, providing information on stock availability and delivery times.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Organize and update client master data in SAP.
  • Maintain and update Sell-in and Sell-out Reports.
  • Keep clients and sales managers informed about order status.
  • Manage POS material needs, stock levels, and vendor openings in SAP.
  • Monitor PR activities and report on achievements.
  • Support local events and contribute to action plans in coordination with local and regional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree

Skills

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changes. Strong team player with a willingness to support and learn. High attention to detail and ability to autonomously manage deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to different audiences. Advanced proficiency in Turkish and fluency in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience

No specific experience required, but a background in sales or marketing is advantageous.
