Join Officine Panerai in Milan as a Product Assistant Intern. Support product strategy and development in a dynamic luxury watch brand environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct business analysis to support product strategy, focusing on monitoring business performance, including best sellers and new products.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports, analyzing data by collection, families, functions, sizes, materials, prices, and calibers.
  • Perform specific market analysis, focusing on relevant regions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for competition analysis and map product competitors.
  • Manage product content for internal hub and panerai.com, including creation, testing, and implementation.
  • Support Product Managers in updating and implementing presentations and documents.
  • Collaborate on defining the assortment for the Panerai Archive/Museum and product content for training purposes.

Qualifications

  • Ongoing Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering Management, or Marketing-related field.
  • Very good English knowledge; French is a plus.

Skills

Analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, determine trends, and identify opportunities. Proficiency in Windows and Office environment, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP is a plus. Strong orientation to client needs and ability to deal with complexity. Enthusiasm, autonomy, and proactivity.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a passion for the watchmaking industry is essential.

Education

Ongoing Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering Management, or Marketing-related field.
