Join Officine Panerai in New York, USA, as the Brand President for North America. Lead strategic development and commercial performance in the luxury watch industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate global brand strategy into market-specific plans to enhance awareness and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with Panerai HQ and Richemont Americas to execute long-term growth strategies.
  • Maximize market potential in the U.S. and Canada through strategic initiatives.
  • Own and deliver financial KPIs including sales, EBIT, and inventory management.
  • Lead a high-performing commercial strategy across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.
  • Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture and support employee development.
  • Drive integration across physical and digital channels to enhance client experience.
  • Oversee boutique operations, visual merchandising, and client service excellence.
  • Build and execute regionally relevant marketing strategies.
  • Serve as the main liaison between Panerai HQ, Richemont Americas, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in general management and brand leadership in luxury goods.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Deep expertise in retail and omnichannel strategy.

Strategic thinking with excellent business and financial acumen. Ability to lead through complexity and influence across functions. Inspires peak performance and cultivates an inclusive work culture. Results-driven and resilient under pressure. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Experience

Minimum 15 years in general management, brand leadership, and commercial roles in luxury goods, ideally in U.S/CA markets.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

Workplace

This position is based in New York, New York, USA, within easy reach of New York.

Compensation

Expected salary: $280,000 to $350,000 plus applicable incentives. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
