Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll and personnel administration, including centralizing monthly payroll variables and controlling time management elements.
  • Draft employment contracts, amendments, and various administrative correspondence.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Ensure the maintenance and updating of administrative records and information systems.
  • Co-produce internal and group reporting.
  • Participate in recruitment activities, including defining needs, criteria, and profiles, drafting and disseminating job postings, and managing the selection and pre-qualification of candidates.
  • Contribute to HR development initiatives, such as career management and internal mobility.
  • Support managers in team management and participate in updating job descriptions.
  • Organize CSR projects and coordinate corporate events.
  • Contribute to HR communications and international transversal projects.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a business school with a specialization in Human Resources or equivalent university studies.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources.

Skills

Dynamic and agile with strong organizational skills and initiative. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Proficiency in English.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role is required.

Education

Degree from a business school with a specialization in Human Resources or equivalent university studies.
