Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of employee events and activities.
- Support the implementation of the employer branding strategy and related initiatives.
- Contribute to content creation for all internal communication channels, including the intranet, employee magazine, video content, and live formats, as well as external career channels such as LinkedIn and the careers page.
- Maintain and update intranet content.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, German Studies, or a related field.
- Interest in working within the HR/Communications department of an international company.
- Ability to work independently with enthusiasm and a hands-on approach.
- Proficient writing skills in both German and English.
- Familiarity with CMS systems, Photoshop, and video editing/production software.

Experience
No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in HR and communications is essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
