Join Montblanc in Marbella as a Boutique Sales Associate. This part-time role requires luxury retail experience and offers professional growth in a prestigious environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize boutique performance through achieving sales targets and strategic objectives.
  • Advise clients to ensure an exquisite service quality in line with Montblanc's standards.
  • Maintain cordial and respectful relationships with colleagues to ensure smooth boutique operations.
  • Ensure product security and adhere to brand guidelines and directives from the Boutique Manager.
  • Manage product sales and achieve set sales goals.
  • Handle the sales process according to client type and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop sales initiatives and ensure client relationship management according to brand standards.
  • Manage client communications, including mailings, VIP actions, and telephone interactions.
  • Expand the client database by collecting relevant information and managing client files.
  • Handle client complaints in collaboration with the Assistant Boutique Manager.
  • Maintain brand presentation standards, including personal appearance and boutique aesthetics.
  • Ensure the implementation of marketing campaigns and participate in event organization.
  • Ensure boutique operations in the absence of colleagues, including versatility in cashier and stockroom tasks.
  • Ensure all sales are correctly processed in the information system.
  • Participate in inventory management, prevent potential losses, and manage merchandise reception and dispatch.
  • Provide necessary information to store management for report preparation.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Respect company deadlines for communication of work-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, particularly in the luxury retail sector.
  • Specific knowledge of Montblanc products and brand.

Skills

Ability to impact and communicate effectively with clients. Service orientation with the ability to detect client needs. Sense of responsibility and initiative. Excellent appearance and presentation.

Experience

Professional experience in sales within the luxury retail field is required.
