Join Montblanc in Madrid as a Boutique Sales Associate. This role involves maximizing boutique performance, providing expert client advice, and maintaining brand standards. Fluent Spanish and English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize boutique performance by achieving sales targets and strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring exceptional service in accordance with Montblanc standards.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and expand brand and product knowledge.
  • Maintain cordial and respectful relationships with colleagues to ensure the proper functioning of the boutique.
  • Ensure product safety and adhere to brand guidelines and directives from the Boutique Manager.
  • Manage product sales effectively and achieve set sales goals.
  • Handle the sales process tailored to the client type and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives.
  • Ensure customer relations and manage communication with clients according to brand standards.
  • Increase the customer database and manage customer complaints with the Assistant Boutique Manager.
  • Maintain brand presentation standards, including personal appearance and boutique aesthetics.
  • Implement marketing campaigns and participate in event organization.
  • Ensure boutique operations in the absence of colleagues and demonstrate versatility in cash register and warehouse tasks.
  • Participate in inventories, prevent potential losses, and manage merchandise logistics.
  • Provide necessary information for store management reports and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Commercial maturity.
  • Knowledge of Montblanc products and brand.

Skills

Ability to impact and communicate effectively with clients. Service orientation with the ability to detect customer needs. Sense of responsibility and initiative. Excellent appearance and presentation.

Experience

A minimum of one year of experience in sales, particularly in a luxury retail environment.
