Join Minuty in St Tropez as a Facilities Manager. Oversee operations and ensure site safety within the prestigious Moët Hennessy Wine Estates. Located in Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur, France.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the general services team, ensuring the health and safety of all team members.
  • Oversee team scheduling to ensure continuity of site operations.
  • Implement processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
  • Participate in the development and management of service contracts and ensure their compliance.
  • Develop and monitor operational and investment budgets for the sites.
  • Coordinate communication activities, including telephony, mail, and office equipment.
  • Manage the maintenance of green spaces, floral decoration, cleaning, waste removal, reception, and telephone switchboard.
  • Oversee the management of the vehicle fleet.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality service to organize events.
  • Ensure site security through management of security personnel.
  • Manage property improvement projects, including staff accommodations.
  • Recommend and implement necessary works to maintain the estate's image and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +3 to Bac +5).
  • Bilingual in English and French; a third language is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a facilities manager or real estate manager.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management or real estate management is required.
