Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal distribution and brand presence in assigned outlets.
  • Implement channel strategies to achieve distribution, sales, and promotional objectives.
  • Develop consumer experiences and manage efficient product portfolio.
  • Plan and execute brand activations aligned with market positioning and budget.
  • Review accounts receivable policies and manage credit limits with the Commercial Director.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage strategic partnerships with key accounts.
  • Track team performance and manage P&L to ensure budget compliance.
  • Coach and motivate sales team, ensuring effective use of systems like Aspire.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Off-Trade and Independent Retail Stores channel.
  • Strong knowledge of the Wine & Spirit Industry.
  • Formal training in selling skills.

Skills

Excellent networking, influencing, negotiation, and communication abilities. Sound leadership qualities with strong interpersonal skills. Customer-focused and result-oriented approach. Meticulous attention to detail and disciplined work ethics. Analytical and creative thinking under pressure. Fluency in English, Malay, and various Chinese languages.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Off-Trade and Independent Retail Stores channel, with a strong background in people management.
