Join Moët Hennessy in New York as a Senior Manager, Data Product Management and Governance. Drive data transformation and governance in a leading luxury wines and spirits company.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for data audits, ownership, and governance in collaboration with IT.
  • Lead the continuous optimization of data assets, identifying alignment opportunities across datasets to enhance business value.
  • Collaborate with internal Data Owners and IT to develop standards for data ingestion in compliance with current data architecture.
  • Work with the data governance team to ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Contribute to and manage aspects of the data transformation journey for MHUSA.
  • Coordinate the operationalization of data products within MHUSA to increase adoption and usage.
  • Collaborate with global partners to leverage acceleration opportunities and share standard methodologies.
  • Develop and implement a data literacy and analytics upskilling program in partnership with the Learning & Development organization.
  • Coach and collaborate with data and digital talent to enhance organizational data processes.
  • Partner with IT to promote MHUSA data assets to the broader MH community, including Commercial, Brand, and Leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in building, deploying, and activating data products for business outcomes.
  • Experience in the U.S. three-tier system for wines and spirits is preferred.
  • Familiarity with market suppliers and technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, BigQuery, PowerBI, Tableau, Dataiku, Data Robot, and Alteryx.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement best practices to elevate functional impact.
  • Success in stakeholder management to achieve long-term solutions while delivering quick wins.
  • Passion for driving transformation within an organization based on data capabilities.
  • Track record of achieving results in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong communication skills to educate and influence business partners at all levels.
  • Understanding of Marketing and Commercial business management.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with cross-functional teams.

Experience

At least 7 years of experience in data product management, with a focus on building, deploying, and activating data products to drive business outcomes.

Compensation

Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $163,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.
