Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve secondary sales targets in Mumbai.
  • Develop and maintain the sales and marketing business plan.
  • Design and monitor individual objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Counter extreme environmental challenges.
  • Drive On Trade business growth and market share expansion.
  • Conduct outlet audits to study market share movements.
  • Ensure periodic product training for trade partners' staff.
  • Execute relevant activations in On-Trade outlets efficiently.
  • Manage FTT and ANP budgets for brands at the state level.
  • Maintain organization standards in quality, distribution, and promotion at outlets.
  • Set and deliver objectives for distribution and availability of registered brands.
  • Manage new product launches in the region.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of commercial experience in sales with specific Key Account experience.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Skills

Excellent sales skills with a proven record of achieving targets. Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of liquor consumption trends and consumer preferences in India. High level of commercial awareness and instinct for exploiting profit opportunities. Excellent negotiation skills. Understanding of people management and ability to work with a disciplined approach.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, particularly with key accounts.
