Join Moët Hennessy in London as a Rosé Wine Marketing Intern. Support the marketing team in brand management and activations within the luxury wine sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the rosé marketing team in the creative development, management, and reporting of brand events and activations.
  • Contribute to brand and portfolio marketing initiatives with creativity and innovation.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring adherence to each brand’s positioning and codes across all touchpoints.
  • Provide support and attend various events and tastings throughout the year.
  • Assist the Customer Marketing team with rosé brand-related activations for on and off-trade.
  • Organize and attend wine trade fairs and customer trade shows.
  • Collaborate with PR agency contacts to consolidate and share relevant coverage across rosé brands.
  • Support influencer and KOL sampling programs with the marketing team and agencies.
  • Participate in agency meetings and manage brand collaterals, including POSM, stock, and logistics.
  • Assist in developing the brand’s CRM strategy and monthly communication plan.
  • Create brand and communication materials for internal and external use.
  • Support the development and management of a vintage release calendar and communication plan.
  • Manage point of sales materials, including orders, stock, and logistics.
  • Provide financial support by creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and tracking budget expenditure.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Sales Admin, providing updated product information.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience or internship in Brand Management, PR and Communications, or Events and Sponsorships is advantageous

Strong proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas Adaptability in a fast-paced environment Interest in wine and brand building Attention to detail and accuracy Effective time management skills Self-motivation and initiative Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Experience

Beginner level experience, ideally with previous internships or work experience in relevant fields.
