Moët Hennessy in Paris, France is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Assistant Intern. Join the global leader in luxury wines and spirits for a 6-month internship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Transfer the Export database 'MH Library' to SharePoint, ensuring data integrity and user information accuracy across various Houses and markets.
  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of the 'MH Library' database, design and implement a clear and effective nomenclature, and create instructional documents to explain export document processes and nomenclature to users.
  • Develop an 'export playbook' to synthesize all registration processes for wines and spirits in destination export countries.
  • Provide active support in preparing registration dossiers for products.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering school or scientific program.

Skills

Customer service orientation and client focus. Attention to detail and precision. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Ability to work in a structured and organized manner. Strong IT skills with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.

Experience

Entry-level, suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently enrolled in an engineering or scientific educational program.

Compensation

Reimbursement of 75% of public transportation costs and a 50% contribution to meal vouchers.
