Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance the brand portfolio's visibility and sales within the designated sector, focusing on both direct and indirect clients.
  • Prospect and expand the client base, increasing revenue and market potential within the sector, which includes cross-sector and cross-region collaboration.
  • Negotiate and implement strategic actions and operations to elevate brand visibility and adherence to commercial policies.
  • Analyze sector performance and propose actionable recommendations to enhance brand performance.
  • Ensure compliance with general sales conditions, including client solvency and legal payment deadlines, and manage client collections.
  • Oversee quotas and budgets, including expenses, samples, and POSM, within defined parameters.
  • Identify and execute effective business strategies, monitoring and reporting results.
  • Communicate market insights, competitor activities, and operational information to the Regional Director.
  • Conduct activity reporting using Salesforce.
  • Focus on developing hotel and festive group networks, leveraging these as key sector assets.
  • Travel and overnight stays are expected.
  • A company car is provided; a valid driver's license is essential.
  • Geographic focus: Savoie department.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the hospitality, catering, and restaurant (CHR) sector.

Skills

Strong sales acumen with a passion for market development. Result-oriented with a drive to engage in client acquisition. In-depth knowledge of wines and spirits, particularly within the Alpine region. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and team collaboration. Proficiency in English is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a commercial role within the hospitality, catering, and restaurant sector.
