Join Moët Hennessy in Kuala Lumpur as a People Services Senior Specialist, Payroll and Tax. Be part of the LVMH Group's luxury wines and spirits division, driving payroll operations across APAC.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and execute scalable, precise, and timely payroll operations across 14 APAC countries, ensuring business continuity and service level adherence.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll and tax execution, including payroll processing, salary payments, tax filing, and coordination with finance for funding and journal entries.
  • Administer leave systems and update configurations in accordance with policy changes.
  • Evaluate and enhance vendor service quality through effective vendor management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes within company guidelines.
  • Address queries from audits or statutory bodies, maintaining compliance standards.
  • Participate in projects aimed at optimizing service delivery through automation and lean concepts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of six years of experience in payroll operations, particularly in Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset for problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in managing vendor relationships.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll and tax regulations in APAC countries.
  • Fluency in English.
