Join Moët Hennessy in Brussels as a Junior E-Retail Manager. A full-time role in the luxury wines and spirits sector, ideal for those with a passion for premium brands and a background in marketing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to the Trade Marketing Manager, including document preparation, presentation management, and project follow-up.
  • Develop and implement promotional materials and visibility tools such as POS and displays.
  • Coordinate trade marketing campaigns across On-Trade and Off-Trade channels.
  • Manage activation calendars and logistics support.
  • Liaise with sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor trade tools accordingly.
  • Oversee POSM and distribution in alignment with local opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Brand Management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Localize global toolkits for the Belgian market.
  • Assist in budget tracking and monitoring the performance of trade actions.
  • Prepare performance reports and maintain supplier and agency coordination for production and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.

Skills

Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint for data management, presentation creation, and analytical reporting. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude and hands-on mindset. Curious, proactive, and passionate about premium brands.

Experience

Some previous internship or work experience in marketing, sales, or trade marketing is required.

Education

Master’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
