Join Moët Hennessy in Sao Paulo as an International Trade Intern. Gain hands-on experience in the luxury wines and spirits industry with this part-time, hybrid internship opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor deadlines and targets for import processes in collaboration with exporters, local and international service providers, customs brokers, shipping dates, and insurance companies.
- Verify documents and execute payments related to international trade, including invoices and bills.
- Participate in monthly closings by entering processes into the system and verifying all closings received from the customs broker.
- Support audit processes.
- Maintain import control spreadsheets detailing each shipment and follow-up dates.
- Provide tracking information for the receipt of shipments at dispatch.
- Participate in weekly meetings with France to discuss operational flow and prepare meeting minutes.
- Ensure all documents for archiving are sent by the customs broker.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the second or third year of a degree in International Trade or International Relations.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in international trade or related fields.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in International Trade or International Relations.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Sao Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil.
