Join Moët Hennessy in Seoul as the Head of Finance. Lead strategic financial initiatives within the luxury wines and spirits sector, part of the prestigious LVMH Group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute actively to the MHCWK Executive Committee, promoting Moët Hennessy's Vision, Mission, and Values.
  • Drive company strategy in alignment with Moët Hennessy goals, enhancing organizational performance.
  • Lead the Finance function to meet business objectives, ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting principles.
  • Manage working capital, establishing and monitoring Credit Control and Cash Flow guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Center of Excellence on finance operations, tax, and treasury matters.
  • Lead the FP&A team, overseeing budget control and management.
  • Provide oversight to the Supply Chain team, ensuring effective sales and inventory forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with regional legal and contract guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in finance leadership roles within multicultural environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in business planning.
  • Technical expertise in financial and management accounting functions.
  • Experience in contract review and management processes preferred.
  • Ability to lead continuous improvements and strengthen team agility.

Skills

Fluency in English and Korean; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Strong capability in building trusted business relationships and influencing stakeholders. Emphasis on compliance, integrity, and team collaboration. Agile, inspiring, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
