Join Moët Hennessy in Seoul as the Head of Customer Marketing. Lead strategic marketing initiatives within the luxury wines and spirits sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive below-the-line (BTL) strategies and channel activation calendars aligned with brand objectives.
  • Execute BTL programs ensuring consistent brand visibility and consumer conversion across key channels.
  • Track activation effectiveness through KPIs and ROI analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Marketing team to deliver exceptional activations.
  • Develop channel-specific activation strategies and multi-year brand investment strategies.
  • Drive market activations with channel partners to offer bespoke activities and consumer initiatives.
  • Ensure brand compliance and manage point of sale materials (POSM) and agency relationships.
  • Foster robust relationships with Sales and Brand Marketing teams for high-impact activation solutions.
  • Manage BTL advertising and promotion budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  • Own the Customer Marketing operating system and drive regional best practice sharing.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience in trade/customer marketing, retail marketing, or category management.
  • Demonstrated success in executing activations across On-Trade and Off-Trade environments.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Fluency in English and Korean.

Skills

Strong commercial acumen with an ROI-focused mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Systems thinking capability.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in relevant fields such as trade/customer marketing or category management within consumer industries.
