Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in strategic HR processes to review organizational health and talent pipelines.
  • Contribute to the Talent Pooling process for developing talent and succession plans for key positions.
  • Develop engaging materials for Performance Management initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation of LVMH talent management projects through project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support the preparation of Talent presentations for top management.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses with corrective measure suggestions.
  • Propose new dashboards and reports to monitor initiative performance and efficiency.
  • Perform external benchmarking and suggest innovative approaches to talent management.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a master's degree program, preferably with an HR specialization, with at least a 12-month apprenticeship.

Skills

Strong interest in people development. High standards of excellence in execution. Data-oriented with advanced Excel skills for analysis. Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information to identify issues and draw conclusions. Team player with a positive and flexible interpersonal style. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information. Fluency in English and French; a third language is a plus. Excellent written and communication skills with proficiency in PowerPoint presentation design. Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or LMS platforms is advantageous.

Experience

Beginner-level experience in HR or related fields.

Education

Master's degree program enrollment, HR specialization preferred.
