Moët Hennessy in Paris seeks an Experience & Global Events Assistant Intern for a 6-month internship. Join a leader in luxury wines and spirits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, management, and organization of all events within hospitality spaces.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for events, managing all participants including external vendors, chefs, and hosts.
  • Oversee budget management and invoicing in coordination with the group's accounting department.
  • Maintain inventory and manage the wine cellar.
  • Foster relationships with event and hospitality managers across all houses.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a business school or hospitality management program.
  • Proficiency in French and English (minimum C1 level).
