Moët Hennessy in Paris, France seeks a Data Analyst Apprentice for a full-time apprenticeship starting September/October 2025. Join a leader in luxury wines and spirits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in data extraction and automation of business processes related to internal control and audit using tools such as Python, SQL, VBA, and Power Automate.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal control and audit practices by analyzing data to identify relevant trends or anomalies.
  • Assist in the design and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for internal controllers and auditors.
  • Participate in daily project management, including planning and progress tracking using tools like JIRA.
  • Prepare communication materials for project meetings, including PowerPoint slides, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders involved in internal audit missions and the Internal Control community.
  • Participate in the preparation of internal audit missions, including data extraction from SAP and integration into Power BI reports.
  • Control data consistency and support auditors in understanding data.
  • Participate in audit testing and share conclusions with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the drafting of audit reports.
  • Prepare IT audit work, including document requests, test sheet preparation, and document analysis.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data, conduct sampling and testing, and contribute to audit report drafting.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in an engineering school or a program in computer science or MIAGE.
  • Fluency in French and English.

Skills

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and VBA. Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI. Knowledge of information systems, with SAP being a plus. Attention to detail, agility, service orientation, and curiosity. Team spirit, initiative, and autonomy. Familiarity with internal control and audit principles is advantageous.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 level education.

This position is based in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
