Join Moët Hennessy in Tokyo as a Brand Director for Spirits, Wine, and Emerging Brands, leading strategic marketing initiatives in Japan's luxury market.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Moët Hennessy Spirits, Still Wine, and Emerging Brands team in Japan to drive sustainable brand equity and profitable growth.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communications and consumer activation campaigns using advanced data analysis and multi-channel strategies.
  • Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to align brand strategies with Japanese consumer insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and other key functions to ensure alignment of global marketing strategies with local market execution.
  • Position the team as a central component of the high-performing MHD team and marketing function in Japan.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably with luxury brands.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing visionary consumer brand strategies.
  • Experience in leveraging global brand strengths in local markets and providing insights at a global level.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

Skills

Strong team management and leadership abilities. Advanced strategic and integrated communication planning skills. Excellent business acumen and brand management expertise. Superior communication and negotiation skills in diverse environments. Creative and innovative thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in consumer marketing, with significant exposure to luxury brands and strategic communication planning.

Workplace

The role is situated in Chiyoda-ku, Tôkyô, Japan — conveniently close to Tokyo.
