Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate brand strategy and platforms into commercial brand standards and tactical guidelines for on and off-premise channels.
  • Develop core brand commercial program ideas and create best-in-class point of sale materials and selling tools.
  • Create and update sell sheets and materials for sales teams, highlighting heritage, craftsmanship, and product portfolio.
  • Engage and manage third-party agencies for material creation and ideation support.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to ensure alignment of brand strategies with commercial guidelines and programs.
  • Support field marketing teams with program details and material availability, including Maison and winemaker visits.
  • Work with customer programming leads to ensure subchannel playbooks align with brand strategy.
  • Incorporate consumer trends into selling materials through collaboration with consumer insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.

Skills

Strong business and commercial strategy experience. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills. High level of organization and project management capabilities. Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to translate brand strategy into commercial guidelines.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in marketing or creative marketing within the wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries. Experience with the beverage alcohol and three-tier system is advantageous but not required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
